What should I ask first

Start with whatever helps you move forward. Many buyers begin with styles or materials, but you can also contact us directly about price, samples, bulk orders, or any Magnolia question.

Should I start with price or samples

Either is fine. If you already know the styles you want, price can narrow the range quickly. If material feel or finish is the real question, samples may be the better starting point.

What products do buyers usually review first

Most buyers begin with Signature Magnolia Styles, a branch-led first shortlist, then narrow the selection before adding supporting items such as buds, potted pieces, or wreath products.

What Magnolia materials do you offer

We produce Magnolia in Silk, Real Touch, and Texture Printed materials so buyers can compare finish, tactile feel, and price level clearly.

What is the difference between Silk, Real Touch, and Texture Printed Magnolia

Silk is the practical baseline for many wholesale programs. Real Touch is better for buyers who want stronger tactile value and a more premium feel. Texture Printed is useful when visible petal detail matters in product review.

Which material is better for higher-end retail

That depends on your market and target price. In many cases, Real Touch is the stronger fit for higher-end presentation, but the right choice should still be confirmed through product review and samples.

What is your MOQ

Our minimum order value is based on the total order rather than one single SKU. This makes it easier for buyers to build a mixed Magnolia program instead of forcing one-style ordering.

Can I mix SKUs and colors

Yes. Mixed SKUs and mixed colors can be discussed within the full order plan, as long as the total order value and production arrangement are workable.

Do you support wholesale bulk orders

Yes. We support wholesale bulk orders, from first review and sample requests to repeat-order planning.

Do you support OEM production

Yes. We can review OEM requests based on confirmed styles, colors, and packing requirements.

Can you adjust labels or packaging

Yes. Labeling, packing materials, and some presentation details can be adjusted whenever the project needs them.

What trade term do you use

Our standard term is EXW. We handle production, packing, and handover preparation. Your buyer team or forwarder handles pickup, export clearance, shipping, and import clearance.

Can you work with trading companies or agents

Yes. We can work directly with wholesale buyers or coordinate with trading companies and buyer-designated agents when the project structure requires it.

How do you keep quality more consistent

We focus on checks during material intake, assembly, and pre-packing so buyers can review products with more confidence before bulk delivery.

Will the bulk order match the sample

The purpose of sample review is to align key expectations before bulk production. Our process is built to reduce avoidable differences by confirming details and checking products during production stages.

When should I ask for samples

Ask for samples when they will help you decide. Some buyers request them after narrowing styles, while others ask earlier when material feel or finish is the main question.
